The figures, male and female, each standing with the arms carved free of the body and the hands on the abdomen, the coiffures as seven incised lobes; the staff with head finial with the coiffure in seven incised lobes, the central panel with a figure with outstretched arms carved in high relief above a lizard, extensive scarification on the abdomen, two lizards in high relief on the reverse, the remainder of the shaft spirally carved, dark glossy patina
