The serpentine-crested rectangular padded back and seat covered in yellow foliate silk-damask, with out-curved arms on downswept supports, on cabriole legs headed by cabouchons and acanthus, on claw feet, one back foot spliced, inscribed in chalk on the underside '8587' twice, and inscribed in pencil '2511', the back ears replaced, the front legs possibly recarved
