Two Colored-Ivory Netsuke**
(20th century), the first with signature Yasuaki in red lacquer reserve; the second with incised signature Yasuaki
The first of a seated Hotei, his robes open exposing his belly, looking slightly upward and smiling, his colored robe inlaid with precious jewel patterns in colored shell, a reishi fungus in his sash at the back; the second of a man seated holding a covered bowl, his robe lacquered brown with silver lozenge design, a dagger through his sash and his head and tongue movable
