A Chinese encre-de-Chine 'Dutch ship' tea service

Painted en grisaille and highlighted in red, blue and gilt with a ship carrying Dutch flags in full sail near a harbour, comprising a globular teapot and cover, 13cm. high; a milk-jug and cover, 14cm. high; a tea-caddy and cover, 13.5cm. high; two saucer-dishes, 15.4 and 20.7cm. diam.; two bowls, one with cover, 12 and 13.8cm. diam.; a lobed spoon-tray, 13.4cm. diam.; five coffee-cups; seven teabowls and ten saucers, some damages (30)
