A BLUE AND WHITE VASE
Daoguang seal mark and of the period (1821-1850)
The urn-shaped body and sloping shoulder painted with a band of archaistic dragon scroll and the waisted neck with a band of upright leaves, all within decorative borders, the slightly domed rim surrounding the raised edge of the mouth reverse-painted in white on blue with a ruyi collar, repeated in reverse on the spreading foot
