London: Sampson Low, Marston, Low, and Searle, 1876. 2 volumes, 8° (220 x 142mm). 4 wood-engraved plates, 2 folding lithographic maps printed in blue and black, wood-engraved illustrations. (First folding map holed and torn and somewhat crudely repaired on verso, some small tears to margins.) Original green cloth, blocked in gilt and black, dark brown endpapers (somewhat crude restoration to three of the four endpapers). FIRST EDITION. Hosken p. 34; Penzer p. 94. (2)
