Frontispiece, 2 folding maps (1 coloured, 1 printed in two colours), 1 folding plate, numerous illustrations (42 full-page with no text on verso). (Light soiling and two small repairs with adhesive tape to folding coloured map.) Original green cloth, upper cover and spine lettered in gilt.
