A FINE SIGNED OVERSIZED PHOTO OF PRESIDENT HOOVER AND HIS CABINET

In the latter stages of an Adminstration which was plagued by the onset of the Depression, Hoover sits for a photograph with his Vice President and several Cabinet members on what is likely the grounds of the White House. Of the men seated here, only Stimson would go on to greater political glory serving in same cabinet post for Franklin Roosevelt.

Provenance: Kenneth Rendell, 1986.
