The spreading fluted stem above a Vitruvian-scroll and beaded frieze hung with berried laurel leaf garlands, suspending a tapering reeded and gadrooned finial, issuing acanthus-sheathed square scrolling arms with leaf tip and bead-cast drip-pans and vasiform bobèche
