Ottoman Turkey, circa 1600
With sloping rim on short foot, the white interior painted under the clear glaze with a large central blue rosette springing from a spiralling band of red flowerheads, in a border of blue paired tulips alternating with green rosettes, the exterior with similar motifs, foot and rim drilled, slight rim fritting
