A Bristol delft polychrome dish
Circa 1730
Painted in blue, iron-red and green with a geometric pattern of flowerheads, the centre with a single flower within a circular cartouche within five small and five large radiating foliate-scroll-bordered cartouches, on an iron-red hatched ground (slight rim chips and flakes)
11¾ in. (30 cm.) diam.
