A pair of Bow figures of a Turk and Companion
Circa 1765, iron-red anchor and dagger and blue dagger marks
Wearing eastern dress, he wears a plumed turban, fur-lined pink coat, flowered jacket and pink striped pantaloons, she wears a pink head dress, flowered coat and pink stroped pantaloons, on pierced scroll-moulded bases applied with flowers enriched in turquoise and gilt (his feathered turban and neck restored, a crack to her wrist and general chipping to flowers)
