Apparently no maker's mark, Belgium, late 19th Century
Shaped oval, on four scroll and rocaille feet with rocaille foliage rocaille, the sides decorated with cane, rocaille and foliage against matted ground, each long side decorated with a vacant cartouche with within cane, wavy rim with alternating shells, marked on body
