Of rocaille form set with four covered inkwells and a pentray, surmounted by a smiling boy wearing a buttoned jacket, seated cross-legged, his hair in a topknot, holding twin foliate candlebranches each terminating in two foliate-cast nozzles and drip-pans, flanked by a pair of polychrome-decorated Buddhistic lions
