Syrian, Damascus, 17th century
decorated with a central calligraphic panel on a blue ground reserved with trailing flower sprays, within a pale green border reserved with a foliate design -- 11¾in. (29.8cms) wide max x 9¼in. (23.5cms) high, (lower corner broken off but present), framed.
