offset lithograph in colors, 1964, on wove paper, signed and dated '67' in ink, from the edition of approximately 300, published by the Leo Castelli Gallery, New York, with full margins, the colors slightly attenuated, a rubbed area between the eyes and at the right cheek, staining in the lower left red field, an expertly repaired tear in the center margin running into the subject, pale mat staining at the extreme margin edges, handling creases, remains of old tape stains on the reverse, otherwise generally in good condition, framed
