(Inktstel) decorated allover with scenes of shepherds promenading on meadows with long sticks and jumping dogs, to the back with distant village scenes depicting various architectural structures, the front surrounded by shaped edges and containing a recess depicting a riverscape with a sailing boat, the flat top with dense foliage and a shell, further with removable parts: a pair of elongated drawers to the sides; a rectangular pierced sander and a cover surmounted by a seated lion; a rectangular inkwell and a cover surmounted by a lion en suite; an elongated cylindrical candleholder pierced with a slit
