Mark of Johann George Hossauer, Berlin, 1821-1841
Partly fluted ovoid on circular pedestal foot, with gadrooned shoulder and borders, the scroll handle terminating in foliage and dolphin, with ivory insulators, the body engraved with the Collar of the Black Eagle with Royal Prussian crown above, marked on foot-rim, also stamped '15 löth'
