Plain cylindrical on collet foot, with two drop-ring handles and detachable cover with hinged handle, the body engraved with WR monogram with Royal Prussian crown above for Emperor Wilhelm II and dated 1906, the reverse engraved 28, the cover engraved 15,marked on base
