An ivory netsuke of Okami with an oni
19th Century
carved kneeling on one knee with the other foot holding down an oni, with one hand and her mouth she holds a thin rope whilst grabbing the oni's hand with the other hand, incised signature to the underside -- 1 5/8in. (4.1cm.) high, (minor wear).
