Gilt brass full-plate fusee movement with verge escapement, foliate pierced and engraved cock, plain three arm-balance and blued steel hairspring, white enamel dial with Islamic numerals, outer minute track and gold moon hands, the bezel with floral vignettes on a pink ground separated by red and white guilloché enamel stripes, corresponding band and border to the back, with a polychrome enameled scene of a fully rigged sailing ship in a mountainous cove with a hamlet in the foreground, the background a snow capped mountain range beneath a rose guilloché enameled sky within a red and white enamel pie-crust border, the stem and bow with pink and white enamelled stripes, dial and movement signed, movement, cuvette and case numbered.
