Depicting named birds, comprising and titled: A BULLFINCH, GOLDFINCH, CHAFFINCH, LARK, THRUSH AND ROBIN further inscribed SOLD BY R.MARSHALL NO. 4 ALDERMARY CHURCHYARD LONDON
9½ x 7in. (24 x 18cm.) overall;
an English lace and freshwater pearl embellished picture depicting Salome presenting John the Baptists Head to Herod and Herodias, late 17th or early 18th Century, in later associated giltwood glazed frame -- 5 x 6¾in. (12.5 x 17cm.) overall; a late George III or Regency paper pin prick picture, heightened in water colours depicting figures playing with a ball, in glazed contemporary frame -- 8 x 12in. (20.5 x 28cm.); a sampler by Hannah Bentley, dated 1803; and a decoupage picture of a dancing girl, 19th Century, in glazed ebonised frame (5)
