A large Steiff teddy bear
with blonde mohair, black button eyes, pronounced clipped muzzle, black stitched nose, mouth and legs, swivel head, jointed elongated limbs, hump and button in ear --27in. (68.5cm.) high, circa 1909 (large hole in top of muzzle, left leg loose, splits at both ankles and left wrist, pads recovered, small hole in tip of right foot, other general wear and some stuffing shifted in tops of arms)
