the larger of pale apple-green and deep blue-green tone, carved with taotie masks divided by notched vertical flanges below mythical beast handles suspending loose rings, the cover with further mask handles with loose rings and a mythical beast finial -- 9¼in. (23.5cm.) high; the smaller of celadon tone with some opaque pale inclusions, carved with chilong and taotie below phoenix-head handles suspending loose rings at the shoulder -- 7in. (17.5cm.) high.
