A famille rose armorial octagonal plate
Qianlong, circa 1790
painted and gilt with a cenral roundel of a maiden with billowing robes, leaning on a shield, within a band of foliate garland and anchor motifs, the rim with panels of allegorical figures in landscapes and cartouches of urns -- 9¼in. (23.5cms) wide, (restored).
