Lot Essay

Sir Patrick Blake of Langham, Suffolk, was created a baronet on 8 October 1772 and was Member of Parliament for Sudbury, Suffolk, between 1768 and 1784. He married Annabella, daughter of the Reverend Sir William Bunbury, 5th Bt., of Mildenhall, Suffolk, by whom he had two sons and one daughter. He was divorced from his wife by Act of Parliament in 1778 and died in 1784.
