The case with double-arched hood and breakarch pediment with figural finials, with painted panels to the sides, the painted dial with rolling moonphase to the arch, with Roman and Arabic chapters ring, date aperture and alarm in the centre, within parcel-gilt C-scroll spandrels, the movement with ring-turned columns, anchor escapement and strike on two bells, one painted panel to the side lacking, the pediment now loose
