Lot Essay

The rollfilm version of the Sibyl camera contained all the 'excellent features' of the standard plate models. The BJPA said 'We are sure that there are many tourist photographers who will appreciate an instrument of the immense convenience and accuracy of adjustment of the 'Sibyl'. The camera was made in quarter-plate, 3½ x 2½ inches and 4½ x 6cm. rollfilm sizes.
