A large Meissen porcelain dated imperial monogrammed floral oval charger and six Berlin KPM dated imperial monogrammed eggcups
1898-1899, the charger marked with large crossed swords in underglaze blue with dotted hilts above the crowned cypher of the Emperor Wilhelm WR above 1898, the eggcups marked with a sceptre in greenish blue and an orb above KPM in red underneath 1899
The charger gilt and painted in colours with sprays of Deutsche Blumen, with shaped Neu-Ozier border enhanced in gilt, 42 cm. wide; the eggcups on fixed stand, gilt and with a small blue border, decorated with the crowned cypher of the Emperor Wilhelm II, 6 cm. high
