A French gilt-brass striking and repeating carriage clock, circa 1890
The fluted pagoda style case raised on milled bun feet, the white enamel Roman dial with blued steel moon hands, the twin barrel movement with gilt platform to lever escapement with bimetallic balance, strike/repeat on gong to the back plate numbered 250, handle possibly replaced -- 6in. (15cm.) high to hilt of handle
