The case with moulded pagoda top surmounted by a tasseled urn finial and supported by four columns with bulbous bases cast with lanceolate leaves, the breakfront base with mounts cast as leaves and flowerheads, with mounts to the centre of two doves and a radiant cherub mask, with female mask and oak leaf mounts to the sides, on toupie feet, the white enamel Roman and Arabic dial with pierced gilt-metal hands, the twin barrel movement with strike on bell; dial and movement 19th century, case third quarter 18th century -- 18in.
