A French cherrywood armoire, early 19th century
with an arched moulded cornice and chequer strung frieze centered with a star, enclosed by a pair of arched doors, each with twin shaped moulded panels and flame segments, above a floral inlaid frieze and on squat cabriole legs -- 59in. (150cm.) wide, 94in. (240cm.) high, 26in. (66cm.) deep

An initial transfer and administration charge of £3.20 (Paintings) or £18.50 (Furniture/Objects) and a storage charge of £1.60 (Paintings) or £ 3.20 (Furniture/Objects) per lot per day will be payable to Cadogan Tate. These charges are subject to VAT and an insurance surcharge. Exceptionally large pictures will be subject to a surcharge. No VAT will be charged on the hammer price, but VAT at 17.5% will be added to the buyer's premium which is invoiced on a VAT inclusive basis
