A Vincennes flared cup (gobelet á la Reine)
Circa 1752-53, elaborate blue interlaced L marks
Painted with birds below an insect among branches on a grassy mound within a gilt scroll mirror-shaped cartouche, reserved on a blue gilt marbled ground, with gilt dentil foot and gilt line rim (some minor rim chips and a crack to rim, light rubbing to gilding)
