PRESENTED BY /THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT TO FREDERICK WATKINS MASTER OF THE STEAMSHIP "PARIS" OF NEW YORK./IN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF HIS HUMANITY & KINDNESS/TO THE SHIPWRECKED CREW OF THE/STEAMSHIP "VINDOBALA', OF LONDON, WHICH WAS ABANDONED IN THE NORTH ATLANTIC OCEAN, ON THE 27TH DECEMBER 1898.
