American, 19th century
Comprising a double-sided tooth depicting a sailor praying and a young woman; a young girl in fancy dress framed by a foliate wreath; a double-sided tooth depicting a ship with banner "Homeward Bound" and a lady in fancy dress depicted full length; the fourth is a double-sided tooth depicting a lady in a red and green dress and various baskets and urns of flowers
