the plates possibly early 18th century, with divided bevelled rectangular plates, the upper narrow plate with shaped cresting, the lower wider plate with concave-cut lower corners in a foliate acanthus-carved frame -- 60in. (152.5cm.) high, 24½in. (62cm.) wide
