probably English in the Chinese Export style, the sloping fall enclosing a fitted interior with seven small drawers and three pigeon holes containing two short and two long drawers, on a later plinth base, later bracket feet, backboards replaced, previously but not originally with superstructure, lacking two possibly three interior drawers inscribed in chalk 771 Davidson, the handles original -- 42½in. (108cm) high, 37in. (94cm.) wide, 21in. (56cm.) deep
