COMPARATIVE LITERATURE
Amin Jaffer Furniture From British India and Ceylon, V.& A. Pulications, London, 2001.
A pair of chairs of similar design and decoration are illustrated, Fig.58, page 131. A set of four setees and two chairs in this manner were sold by E.H.Baldock to George IV in 1828. Hugh Roberts For the King's Pleasure, The Furnishing and Decoration of George IV's Apartments at Windsor Castle, The Royal Collection 2001. Two setees of above set are illustrated as figures 347 and 348, page 269, presently in room 225.
