A set of four embroidered pictures, with painted details each depicting figures in pastoral backgrounds, two with ladies holding bundles of straw made from real grasses and with bonnets embellished with real feathers--12 x 10in. (30.5 x 25.5cm.), framed and glazed, each frame with a gilt bow, early 19th century; and two embroidered facescreens with detachable ceramic bases, the bases with registration marks dating them to 10th March 1870 (6)
