WILLIAMS SELYEM SELECTIONS
"Althought this venerable producer of single vineyard Pinot Noirs continues to purchase considerable quantities of fruit, they own 34 acres of estate vineyards planted in the western region of the Russian River, near Guerneville. The winemaking techniques are artisinal, with everything aged in heavily toasted Françoir Frères French oak (about 60 new), little racking, and bottling with neither fining nor filtration."
