The case with plain columns and spire finials to the angles, lacking handle, on bun feet, with engine-turned mask to glazed white enamel Roman dial with subsidiary seconds at XII, blued steel moon hands, signed in the centre ARNOLD & DENT/LONDON/271, with conforming subsidiary dials below for day of week and date, the single chain fusee movement with bimetallic compensated balance to lever escapement, with repeat signature and number to the back plate -- 5 1/8in. (13cm.) high
