Tapering cylindrical, with wood handle, scroll spout and hinged slightly domed cover with baluster finial, the rims later engraved with bands of strapwork enclosing masks, brickwork and diaperwork, one side engraved with a crest over a cypher, marked under base and on cover, converted from a chocolate pot
8½in. (21.5cm.) high; gross weight 23oz. 10dwt. (715gr.)
