A canteen of Continental cutlery
Second half 18th century
Comprising eighteen knives and eighteen forks, fitted in a punched leather lined box, the cover and underside mounted with brass bosses, the sides with gilded punched decoration, the porcelain handles, late 19th century
The knives -- 10in. (25.5cm.) long
The box -- 15½in. (39.4cm.) wide
