A finely engineered 1/3 scale boxed model of a Colt Model 1851 Naval Percussion Cap Revolver,
built by D. Staines with scale 12-inch Buntline barrel and detachable shoulder stock, working cylinder, trigger mechanism and partially bored rifled barrel, the barrel stamped Address Col Saml Colt New York US America, the cylinder stamped Colt Patent, with blued-steel barrel, cylinder and frame, brass trigger guard and wood grip, the shoulder stock of brass and wood, in a plush-lined oak box with Eley cap box, bullet mould and powder flask, the box -- 19cm. (7½in.) wide
