The cup overall decorated with niello flower designs and scrolls on stippled ground with upper and lower plain silver-gilt rim, gilt interior, marked under the base; the cylindrical pot with a wide band of flowers and scroll design within silver-gilt ribbed rims, with Russian engraved adage, the cover with geometric design, with plain silver-gilt handle, marked on the cover and under the base; each of the twelve spoons with turned handles and the bowl reverses with panels of niello scrolling foliage on stippled ground, marked on stems
