The circular body applied with two cast scroll handles, with a center molded band, engraved on each side with a coat-of-arms circa 1800 in original foliate cartouches, the base applied with formal strapwork, repeated on the domed cover, raised on a circular gadrooned pedestal foot, fully marked on base and cover
