Date cypher for 1874, puce printed crowned globe marks, various incised and painted marks, impressed shape no. 1644, designed by Christopher Dresser
Each mouth enriched in gilt edged with red beads above pendant scrolls, the base of the neck with a blue and pink ribbon and applied in high relief with a scarab beetle, its wings decorated with a grotesque mask, the turquoise ground decorated with strapwork and scrolls in the manner of cloisonné
