KANGXI SIX-CHARACTER MARK WITHIN A DOUBLE CIRCLE AND OF THE PERIOD (1662-1722)
The rounded sides rising to a flaring rim, the exterior drawn in underglaze-blue outline to represent a pair of striding dragons in pursuit of 'flaming pearls' amidst ruyi clouds, and detailed with overglaze green enamel, reserved on a blue background, all above a double row of overlapping petals, the interior similarly decorated with a central dragon medallion within a single circle border
