The captions read: Mashita-Buttress on W. side of entrance; Mediba-Columns; Mashita-General View of Palace; Sibbih-Marl Hills, Dead Sea, El Tisân + [?] of Moab; 5. Mashita-Wall on East Side.

These sterocards would appear to date from circa 1868 when various expeditions were undertaken to discover the Moab area of the Holy Land and Middle East and to record the archaeological remains.
