Decorated overall with a dense flowering meander of peony, below a slightly flaring brown-edged rim, 38 cm. diam.; and a blue and white charger painted to the interior with a river landscape with numerous houses and boating figures within a spear-head pattern band, the brown-edged rim surrounded by a shaped composite border enriched with flowers and trellis-pattern, 41 cm. diam.
